
Fellows Event Scholarship
The COA Fellows Initiative awards travel scholarships for specific events throughout the year to physicians considering employment in the independent community oncology setting. If interested, see below for more information and how to apply.
*Travel scholarship includes airfare and lodging only. Meals will be provided during each event program. All other meals and ground transportation are the responsibility of the recipient.
Eligible Events
Requirements
Each applicant must meet the below criteria to be eligible for a Fellows scholarship.
Submission
Each application must include the following items.
- Your personal/professional goals in attending the applied-for event/meeting.
- The Impact that COA has had on your career decisions thus far.
- Your likelihood of practicing in the private, community oncology setting.
Selection Process
Each application is evaluated by COA staff who maintain frequent contact with the leaders of the community oncology world.
